Alvaro Quezada-Hofflinger

Alvaro Quezada-Hofflinger was born in South of Chile (Victoria city). He
obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la
Frontera in 2002. From 2002 to 2006 he worked for the Chilean Ministry of
Education and at the Center for Development and Research on Education in
Santiago de Chile (CIDE) . In 2008, he obtained his Master degree in Latin
American Studies (UT- Austin). Currently he is a PhD student in Public
Policy at the LBJ School at the University of Texas at Austin, his research
interest are income inequality, educational inequality and privatization
reform in Latin America.
